Terms of Service
These terms form a binding agreement between you and TRUE CREATIVE MANAGEMENT LIMITED for your use of Truvo.
Last updated: July 12, 2026
1. Who we are
Truvo is an AI creative studio operated by TRUE CREATIVE MANAGEMENT LIMITED, registered office 8 Primrose Avenue, Newton Mearns, G77 6FS, Scotland, United Kingdom. Contact: support@trucreman.shop.
2. The service
Truvo generates AI-assisted creative drafts — concept copy, cover art, moodboards, social kits, brand kits and short promo video — from the inputs you provide. Outputs are drafts and creative suggestions, not finished, cleared or legally vetted deliverables.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 to use the service; users aged 13–17 require verifiable parental or guardian consent. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
4. Subscriptions, billing and renewal
- Paid plans are subscriptions billed in USD monthly or yearly through Stripe.
- Each plan includes a set number of drops per billing period as a service allowance. It is not credits, a stored balance or prepaid funds, and it is not withdrawable or transferable.
- Included usage does not roll over between periods.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
5. Acceptable use
Your use must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach it, including an immediate ban and lawful reporting for any content sexualising minors.
6. Your content and outputs
Ownership and licensing of inputs and outputs is set out in our Content License. You are solely responsible for clearing rights, originality, trademarks and licensing before publishing or commercialising any output.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. As described in our AI Disclaimer, AI outputs may contain errors and are not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. We do not warrant that outputs are original, non-infringing or fit for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRUE CREATIVE MANAGEMENT LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or to protect the service and its users. You may stop using the service and cancel at any time.
10. Changes
We may update these terms and will post the revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
