Content License
This explains who owns what between the material you upload and the assets Truvo generates for you.
Last updated: July 12, 2026
1. Your uploads stay yours
You retain all ownership of the selfies, artwork, reference images and files you upload. You grant Truvo a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that material solely to generate the assets you requested.
2. You must have the rights
You confirm you own or have permission to use everything you upload, and that your inputs and their use do not infringe anyone's rights or breach our Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Caching and deletion
Uploaded reference material is cached only as needed to fulfil your request and is cleared by default within 30 days. You can ask us to delete uploads sooner by emailing support@trucreman.shop.
4. Rights in generated outputs
Subject to your subscription being in good standing and to these terms, you may use the assets Truvo generates for you, including for commercial purposes, provided your use complies with the Acceptable Use Policy. Given how generative AI works, we cannot guarantee outputs are unique or that identical or similar results will not be generated for others.
5. Originality and clearance are your responsibility
As set out in the AI Disclaimer, you are responsible for clearing rights, originality, trademark and licensing before you publish or commercialise any output.
6. Our brand and platform
The Truvo name, site, software and design remain the property of TRUE CREATIVE MANAGEMENT LIMITED. Nothing here transfers our intellectual property to you.
7. Preview music
Any preview music provided is a neutral royalty-free-style track that can be swapped; confirm licensing before commercial release.
