Refund Policy
How cancellations, refunds and billing issues are handled for Truvo subscriptions.

1. Subscriptions
Truvo is sold as a recurring subscription in USD. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and then stops renewing. Included usage for the period is not refundable once the period has begun.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from the customer portal or by emailing support@trucreman.shop. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period.
3. When we do issue refunds
- A duplicate or incorrect charge.
- A confirmed billing error on our side.
- A material service failure we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time.
- Where a refund is required by mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction.
4. Unused allowance
Because plan usage is a service allowance and not a stored or prepaid balance, unused drops have no cash value and are not refundable or withdrawable. If you are not happy with a generated result, contact us first — we will prioritise re-generating the asset.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@trucreman.shop with your account email and the charge date. We aim to respond within one business day. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe and may take several business days to appear.
6. Chargebacks and disputes
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us before opening a dispute so we can resolve it quickly. We handle refund and dispute events through our payment processor in line with Stripe's policies.
7. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales and does not affect statutory rights that apply to you.
